Homerton - Hackney
This mid-terrace property in Homerton North East London needed extending due to a growing family. The Existing three bed property was set over two stories. The Client wanted to improve the ground floor kitchen space and also was in need of an additional bedroom. We utilised permitted development and a householder planning approval to gain the space the client needed for their project.
Side Infill
Different local councils have different guidelines from a planning perspective. We needed to ensure that the Infill did not impose on the neighbouring property, so the roof level on the boundary was kept to a minimum.
