House Remodel
The clients brief was to gain another bedroom and additional bathroom at first floor for a growing family. At ground floor the house was positioned with great views to the rear so a new extension with large glazing helped capture the views.
The Façade
Mid century houses benefit from large windows which helps to provide light filled rooms. However their curb appeal is not always welcomed by all. This project benefitted not only by providing a better sized additional bedroom by extending forward it also provided the opportunity to improve the aesthetics to the front of the house.
